Ouch, because this morning I managed to break a tooth on a soft mint, a slight sense of irony there. Not having been to the dentist since a child, I was worried about registering for a new one, but another advantage of living in the inner city is that they seem to welcome you with open arms. Looking forward to the bill tomorrow.
Nothing to report on the pilot, as we finished off work on resources and claims, we also touched briefly on the Antarctic treaty.
Had a nice email today from Rachel in New Zealand, she and her husband run RightPlace, a small scale educational publisher for social sciences, asking to use some of my Hurricane Katrina resources. There is a nice free sample of a coastal erosion PowerPoint on their site.
Also had an email from Anne Greaves asking to use the Choose Geog poster on Geography Teaching Today, though I had to admit that it was the work of my ex-student teacher Adam Vaughan. Radical Geography and this Blog are also featured on the G.T.T site.
Finally noticed that LittleMiss from the SLN forum has started a Geography Blog, looking good already.
